Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* 1+ year telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment
* 1+ year computer proficiency required
* Must have the ability to work Evenings, weekends and holidays
* Basic knowledge of English for reading, writing and mathematical skills, generally equivalent to a high school diploma
* Previous healthcare experience is a plus
* Previous customer service within a Financial institution is a plus
* Display high level of confidence when responding to phone inquiries
* Strong verbal communications skills are required
* Proven ability to handle all eligibility related inquiries with ease
* Some overtime is required in order to meet scheduled deadlines
* Self sufficient-ability to work independently
