Currently we have a career opportunity for a Customer Service Rep (APRM-small commercial) in our Houston, TX office.
Position Summary: Provide professional and courteous service for new and existing policyholders.
Essential Duties: We are looking for a well rounded individual with previous experience and proficiency in the use of agency management systems. The position will be responsible for servicing both existing and new accounts. Duties will include, but will not be limited to, the following: agency management system account maintenance, certificates of insurance, auto id cards, invoicing, document management, policy inquiries/changes/transmittals, preparing insurance applications and preparing correspondence. Provide professional and courteous service to external individuals as required. Assist in other special projects or assignments as needed.
Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. Proficient in MicroSoft Office. Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organization skills. Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
