Customer Care Supervisor - Ridgeland, MS
Primary Responsibilities:
* Providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers.
* Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
* 2+ years Customer Service experience required.
* Expert level MS/Office experience (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) required.
* 2 + years experience as Supervisor / Manager (20 employees) required.
* Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is required.
* High School Diploma or GED is required.
* Project Management experience is required.
* Healthcare Insurance / Call Center background is strongly desired.
* Bachelor degree is preferred.
* Bilingual (Spanish / English) is preferred.
* Must be able to work independently and be self motivated.
