Description
Los Angeles based Internet Brands, Inc. recently partnered with Smart USA, and are currently seeking professional and courteous part-time representatives to work in a fun, fast-paced call center. You will be responsible for handling outbound quality assurance calls to verify buyer information while upholding the highest level of customer service.
Duties include:
* Respond to customer requests by placing outbound quality assurance calls (100-125 daily).
* Verify customer information.
* Record all pertinent information accurately.
* Input customer request into software in a professional, coherent summary.
* Answer questions concerning vehicles and dealer locations.
* Endorse partner dealership.
* Other administrative duties as assigned.
You will possess:
* Good follow through.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Great customer service skills.
* Proactive attitude.
* Strong work ethic.
* History of punctuality and good attendance.
* Basic computer and phone knowledge.
* Patience, teamwork, motivation, upbeat and a great attitude.
