Chevron Services Company is accepting online applications for the position of Information Technology Auditor located in Concord, California through March 6, 2009. Overview: This position conducts Information Technology (IT) audits and evaluates IT security and controls associated with the installation and maintenance of computer operating systems, network components, databases, web servers, applications, and system development for Chevron’s worldwide computing activity. This position provides the opportunity to learn and evaluate a wide variety of computer technologies. Domestic and international travel typically ranges from 30% to 40%. |
| Position Details: | Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Hands-on technical experience and expertise with emphasis on security in one or more of the following technologies: Windows, Unix, Oracle, SQL Server or network components such as firewalls, routers and switches. Preferred Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Accounting with an emphasis on Computer Information Systems is preferable. Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered.
