The Kforce OnStaff Group is seeking a PAC Title Clearance Assistant for a client in Winter Park! Functions:

* Clearing judgments or obtaining pay-offs for judgments of owner of property
* Working with contractors to obtain Contractor’s Final Affidavits to clear open Notice of Commencements
* Creating affidavits to clear titles (Death Certificate Affidavits: knowing when the Affidavit is to be used rather than recording the Death Certificate, Affidavit of Sufficient Funds, Continuous Marriage Affidavit, etc.)
* Working with Probate Attorneys
* 8:30am-5:00pm Shift with a half hour lunch

Title Clearance Assistance Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of industry experience
* Proficient in MS Outlook

This position pays 13.00 hourly
