A CSR’s (Customer Service Representative) primary responsibility as a teller is to process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures while consistently seeking to impress our customers by demonstrating Cal National’s integrity and spirit. As a CSR you will identify customer needs, explain, promote and sell various products and services in a way that builds customer loyalty through courtesy, knowledge and friendliness.
The Ideal candidate will be available to work 20 hours per week–Monday’s 8:30am-5pm, Wednesday’s 9:30am-6pm and Saturday’s 8:45am-1:30pm. Reliable and punctual attendance is critical.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of six months cash handling and customer service experience with an emphasis on sales; must be able to provide information in writing or verbally; 10-key adding machine or keyboard skills; ability to be on time every day. Desired Skills: Previous cross sell, up-sell and/or referral experience as well as the ability to identify clients’ financial goals and objectives; previous banking/financial services and/teller experience.
To be eligible for employment with California National Bank you must be able to establish proof of eligibility to work in the United States, successfully pass a background screening and must be at least 18 years of age. Successful candidate will also be required to obtain a passing score on TellerVision assessment.
