My client is a world famous Investment management firm that seeks a highly qualified candidate. You must have an excellent 4 year educational history as well as 1 -2 years employment experience experience within a financial services firm. This is not a sales or a broker role, it is global wealth management client services role.
Responsibilities
Each Private Client Associate is assigned to a client base and will work as part of a team with Financial Advisors. Responsible for all aspects of client servicing, this involves heavy interaction with existing clients as well as problem solving for high net worth prospects, clients and referral sources. Will provide service and support functions such as portfolio analysis, account creation, maintenance and reconciliation, special projects and preparation of marketing/prospecting presentations. General office management skills are required including phone coverage, correspondence, database maintenance and financial reporting.
Training (approximately 6 weeks) involves both classroom as well as on the job exposure to Private Client products, services, procedures and policies, in addition to continuing education on various industry/economic events and market issues. This is an outstanding opportunity for exposure to all aspects of asset management.
Position will be promoted to Associate level after obtaining Series 7 & 63 registrations (approximately 4 to 6 months after start date).
<b>Qualifications
4 year College education and one year of experience is required. Must provide breakdown of SAT or ACT scores. Financial industry experience is required. Must be very client service focused. Candidate must possess strong analytical, written/oral, communication, organizational, and computer skills (Word and Excel). Must also be detail-oriented, able to work well under pressure and be a team player.
