Description
This for-credit internship will provide a highly motivated graphic design student with practical working experience and knowledge in a marketing/creative services department. The individual will be exposed to a wide range of experience in advertising, marketing and promotional design.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Participate in conceptual, design and layout opportunities for print and online media.*Aid in the overall production of projects.

*Assist with general studio duties such as project management, ordering supplies, trafficking, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prefer a sophomore or above student who is working towards a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. Intermediate working knowledge of design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and MAC OS. An individual who is interested in promotion/marketing and advertising design as opposed to editorial design is preferred. Web/Online design knowledge and practical experience are pluses. Magazine experience is not necessary.

Candidates will be required to interview with a design portfolio.This is an unpaid, for-credit internship that requires current enrollment in an accredited college or university. Candidates will be asked to provide documentation from their school showing that they will receive school credit for successful completion of the internship.
