The is responsible for Human Resources service delivery on a day-to-day basis. Advises and coaches leaders on activities. Provides HR services in assigned locations, including policy and procedure implementation, compensation assistance, communication, benefits enrollment & service escalations, turnover analysis, and legal compliance. Provides input and support to HR leadership in the implementation of company-wide initiatives, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

* Serves as an ambassador of the Company’s Dynamic Organization vision and supports culture survey efforts within assigned geographic territory/locations.
* Provides input into the development and implementation of organizational and HR strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
* Ensures the integrity of our performance management system and consistency in how it is implemented across assigned areas in compliance with company objectives.
* Actively participates in and executes company-wide initiatives and completes special projects as assigned by immediate manager and the HR Leadership.
* Addresses questions related to Human Resources policies and procedures, benefit and compensation programs and other concerns related to the workplace.
* Actively partners with leaders to effectively resolve issues in a proactive, fair and legal manner and proactively engages in activities as an advocate.
* Recommends and implem13ents policies and programs necessary to retain key associates and minimize turnover.
* Reviews, recommends improvements, and administers compensation and incentive bonus programs.
* Provides Human Resources related training to leaders and front line associates.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters preferred.
* 2 - 5 years of broad, progressively more complex HR experience, such as generalist and recruitment, is required.
* Strong, working knowledge of employment law required; experience in preventing and/or responding to EEOC claims preferred.
* HR project leadership required.
* Proven leadership skills.
* HR Certification preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
* PC literacy required, preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Experience working with a Human Resources Information System required.
