JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet all visitors as they enter the hospital, have them sign the visitor log and put on a VISITOR badge, and then direct them appropriately.
Answer the telephone using the proper greeting, route calls, take messages and transfer to voicemail when appropriate.
Assist the unit clerk and nursing supervisor with office duties as required.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a receptionist preferred.
