Coventry is currently seeking candidates for the following in our :

Supervisor (Supervisor, Service Operations)

In this role you will have the opportunity to guide and drive the development and activities of an organized team with a provider bill review department. You will supervise the day-to-day operations. You will interact directly with customers, train new employees, and resolve within a team to meet or exceed customer service requirements.

Job Requirements include:

* or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Significant experience in health care or (usually 6-7 years)
* 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred (call center experience or a claims environment.
* Knowledge of terminology, diagnosis and procedure coding is helpful.
* Ability to maintain production levels and quality goals.
* Ability to train employees on all products and processes Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills.
* Ability to implement service strategies for internal and external customers.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Able to drive change
