The Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for all inventory related tasks for shows, tours, clubs, etc. and day to day of the Operations .

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Provide professional and customer service support to all customers and product providers
* Monitor all operations support staff to meet the goals set forth by the
* Identify problematic and impacting issues and report issue to appropriate personnel
* Assign, monitor, mentor, and report on work of the operations to identify opportunities, provide mentoring, and provide appropriate feedback
* Assist the department manager in creating and assessing departmental metrics and goals
* Fulfill the role of the operations specialist as needed
* Address escalated complaints and refer to when appropriate
* Document and maintain accurate performance records

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University or work .
* 3 years prior supervisory required.
* 3 years prior in a hotel sales and/or call center .
* Excellent with the ability to work with personnel at all levels of the organization

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILTIES:

* Manages employees in the Operations Support department
* Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
* Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
