Job Title: Operations Support Supervisor

The Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for all inventory related tasks for shows, tours, clubs, etc. and day to day management of the Operations Specialists.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Provide professional and quality customer service support to all customers and product providers
* Monitor all operations support staff to meet the goals set forth by the management
* Identify problematic and impacting systems issues and report issue to appropriate personnel
* Assign, monitor, mentor, and report on work of the operations specialists to identify opportunities, provide mentoring, and provide appropriate feedback
* Assist the department manager in creating and assessing departmental metrics and goals
* Fulfill the role of the operations specialist as needed
* Address escalated complaints and refer to management when appropriate
* Document and maintain accurate performance records
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University or equivalent work experience.
* 3 years prior supervisory experience required.
* 3 years prior experience in a hotel sales and/or call center environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with personnel at all levels of the organization
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILTIES:
* Manages employees in the Operations Support department
* Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
* Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
