Patent Prosecution Attorney - Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering

Established IP firm seeks a patent prosecution attorney with a mechanical engineering or electrical engineering background.

What you need:

- Registered Patent Attorney
- Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Degree
- 2+ years of experience
- VA license preferred

What you will be doing:

- Handle matters in mechanical or electrical technologies.
- Drafting patent applications, other prosecution related documents, and opinion letters.
