What You’ll Do

* Candidate will build courseware to support a training program for intelligence analysts and other staff at the Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
* Candidate will work both independently and in a team environment, integrating the efforts of a training manager, subject-matter experts, and other analysts.
* Duty will support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) Counterspace Analysis Squadron (SMD), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
* Travel is less than 10%.

What You’ll Need

* Must have excellent human relations and communication skills and work in a team environment with military, DoD civilians and contractors.
* Experience developing training courseware using an established instructional systems development methodology is required.  Experience with US Air Force Instructional Systems Development Methodology (AFM 36-2234) is preferred.
* Demonstrated technical writing and briefing skills are necessary.
* BA or BS in Instructional Systems Development, Communication, Education or technical field plus 8 or more years experience.
* In addition to the typical educational and experience requirements, a demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and exhibit the skills and competencies of the grade level will be considered. Each higher level degree, i.e. Master’s degree or Ph.D. may substitute for two years of experience.  Related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
