Regional HR Manager

Description
Manages programs for multiple facilities within a region. May participate in labor relations and policy development responsibilities. Involves effective administration of existing programs in accordance with established policies and procedures including EEO and compliance.

* Responsible for managing the Human Resource functions within the region. These functions include , recruiting and staffing, compensation and benefits administration, and .
* Ensures that a proactive positive climate is developed, reinforced and maintained.
* Provides , council, guidance and support to Region, District and individual .
* Reports directly to the Region Vice President, with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Vice President of , and is a key member of the Regional staff.
* Recommends, evaluates and participates in .
* Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department including goals, objectives and systems.
* Drives, implements, sustains, and develops quality process improvements that focus on safety, financials, operations and customer service.

Qualifications

* Minimum eight (8) years related experience.
* Previous experience with labor relations preferred.
* Strong knowledge of federal and state legal compliance.
* Must be able to travel frequently.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Excellent communications skills to include oral, written and listening.
* Strong coaching and counseling skills.
* PHR/SPHR preferred.
