Description:

PURPOSE:
* Serve as a technical expert to oversee the efficient operation of the
cup finishing machines and assorted packaging equipment
* Provide leadership for the hourly PM Employees/Maintenance Mechanics
to promptly address mechanical issues and improve machine efficiencies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Prompt support to address machine failures
* Implementation of Root Cause Failure Analysis in problem solving
* Usage of SAP to determine lubrication schedules, preventative
maintenance parts replacement.
* Provide training opportunities for hourly personnel in
troubleshooting and repairs.
* Performance management of all direct reports
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
* BS Mechanical Engineering
* 3-5 Years manufacturing experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
