We are currently seeking a STORE MANAGER for Store Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Highly motivated, energetic retail manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We have immediate positions available and provide training for those selected.
* Manage the overall efficient and profitable operation of the store.
* Source, select and develop talent
* Manage store staffing levels
* Merchandising; schematics, plan-o-grams and recovery
* Receiving and processing freight
* Manage store’s payroll budget
* Promote store safety
* Manage shrink reduction plans
* Cash Management and Bank Deposit
* Monitor P&L
* Promote customer service
* Protect company assets and inventory control

QUALIFICATIONS:
* 18 years of age or older.
* Some High School Education.
* Minimum of 6 months store management experience.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
* Proven organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
* Able to direct and perform all weekly delivery functions according to Company Guidelines.
* Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs (occasionally up to 55lbs) with or without reasonable accommodation.
* P&L knowledge a plus.
* Previous management experience in retail, drug store, grocery, hard lines, fast food, variety or general merchandise preferred.
* Proven reliability and high personal integrity.
