Primary Responsibilities:
* Prepare, process and maintain new member or group enrollments and eligibility calculations
* Maintain hours and contributions in database on a monthly basis for eligibility calculations for reporting to insurance carriers for benefits
* Attention to detail and math skills are a must to ensure accuracy with data being used for eligibility
* Respond to member eligibility or group questions and verify enrollment status
* Work with various types of member correspondence
* Reconcile eligibility discrepancies, analyze transactional data and submit retroactive eligibility changes
* Functions will include logging on customer service queue to answer inquiries
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Expert level with Excel, Word is required.
* Analytical, multi-tasking and communication skills needed
* High school education or equivalent experience
