Government and Purchase loans have surged in volume and with all of the complexities of processing of these various products, extra focus, discipline, compliance and quality measurements have been added to the workflow processes in addition to Manager checklist for prior to loan documents been drawn and prior to loan documents funding and online system inputs. In the Mortgage Loan Operations (MLO) center, this person performs various functions necessary to board loans to Servicing and/or sells loans on the secondary market. Responsibilities may include review and correction of pertinent documents on closed loans as required by regulatory agencies and specified internal deadlines. This position requires effective communication with customers, title companies and/or internal partners for issue resolution.

5 years of experience in funding for FHA, VA, BOND, USDA and Conventional loans is required. Candidates must have the ability to work well with others/departments/units and encourage team effort. Candidates must be able to fund a minimum of 75 loans. This person must be able to work in a very fast paced production environment with competing priorities. Candidates must be flexible; with the ability to adhere to strict meticulous BAC/Investor loan quality requirements, the ability to exceed customer demands; and detailed follow up communication throughout the loan process and documentation in Status Mart. This person will respond in a timely fashion to customer calls, complaints, handle Sales escalations, be able to manage and navigate through multiple systems and obtain most current BAC loan product criteria and Credit Risk Management Procedures. Behaviors must be the BAC model. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, excellent data entry skill sets, and a minimum 60 wpm is required.

This position pays 17.00-18.00 hourly
