The Position:
Netflix is looking for an experienced payroll administrator to be responsible for the payroll activities related to our more than 2,000 employees as well as our temporary personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll with other payroll processors using ADP’s Enterprise V4 to include:
• New hires
• Terminations
• Personnel/pay rate changes
• Manual check requests
• Verifications of employment and garnishments
• Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), 401(k) and FSA contributions
• Maintain all hourly employee and temporary personnel data in the eTime TLM system
• Reconcile the weekly 3rd party temporary personnel agency invoice and resolve discrepancies noted in a timely manner
• Generate various weekly reports from the eTime TLM system and bi-weekly payroll reports using ReportSmith
• Coordinate with managers/leads to ensure that all employee and temporary personnel timecards are complete and approved
• Preparation of month-end accounting entries and reconciliations
• Other tasks and various projects as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years payroll experience required
• Degree in Accounting/Business Administration a plus
• Experience with ADP’s Enterprise V4, ReportSmith and eTime TLM preferred
• Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of federal/state/local wage/hour and payroll tax laws
• Experience with multi-state payroll
• CPP certification preferred
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical/problem solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
• Detail oriented, organized and ability to manage multiple assignments
• Ability to work independently, with a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, great attitude, highly motivated and a team player
