Overall Responsibilities:
The position of Marketing and Digital Programs Manager is an opportunity for the right individual to have an impact on the brand through progressive marketing strategies across all media. This person will be responsible for promoting brand awareness with a comprehensive marketing communications strategy/implementation to create unique positioning through the use of social media, select online/offline media opportunities and strategic partnerships
Key Accountabilities:
Manage acquisition marketing initiatives from ideation stage through launch to drive client growth
Conceive, create and execute innovative marketing programs across multiple acquisition channels leveraging campaign data and consumer insights
Accountable for social media content and strategy
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and leverage marketing programs and identify new opportunities that align to company goals Put in place a global brand strategy,including core positioning messaging, communication platform and brand guidelines
Execute the brand strategy through leveraging key media opportunities and other assets
Develop integrated partnership / sponsorship strategies as appropriate to meet -brand goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or closely related discipline
5 years progressive experience in partnership marketing
Extensive experience with socialmedia marketing and digital programs
Proven successin implementing progressive marketing
Forward thinking and highly collaborative
