Loan Officer - Mortgage Loan Originator - Sales - Loan Origination - Home Office Opportunity

Do you have 5+ years as a mortgage loan originator and are looking for a stable mortgage lender? If so, then read on!

We are willing to pay high commissions for the right candidate!

What do you need?

- 5+ years as a Mortgage Loan Originator
- Must be closing 5 or more loans per month
- Home Office Experience
- FHA Knowledge is a Plus!
- 203K knowledge is a Plus!
- Ability to describe the different types of mortgage options and requirements to potential and existing applicants.
- Thorough knowledge of conventional loan requirements and real estate law.
- Proven sales ability.
- Aggressive attitude and cold calling ability.

What will you be doing?

- Home Based Office
- This position is for a residential mortgage loan officer who will be working directly with real estate agents and consumers handling their mortgage financing needs.
- Calling on potential or existing customers as assigned to develop new business or retain existing business.
- Cold calling in to realtors to solicit residential first mortgages, Home Loans and HELOCs.
