Job Description
Senior BDO/Manager

Are you a seasoned bank manager with strong lending and business development experience?

What you need:
*7+ years of banking experience,
* experience with commercial & consumer loans and business development
* Strong sales & business development skills; great customer service focus
* Advanced knowledge in: credit, relationship profitability measurements, personal financial statement analysis, personal tax return analysis
* Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field

Some of what you will do:
* Maintain portfolio of prime, profitable clients
* Manage achievement of sales, retention of client base, profitability of portfolio
* Analyze clients’ personal credit needs and requests, qualify borrowers, and recommend solutions
* Regularly introduce clients to other areas of the bank for cross-selling purposes
* Be our corporate face in local communities: make presentations to groups of potential clients
* Represent the Bank in the community; be active in professional and service organizations or clubs
