Canon Business Solutions Systems Engineer (Post-Sales) are responsible for providing post-sales support for specific business system products and services including: black & white and color printers and copiers, facsimile equipment, document management solutions and related software. Responsibilities:
As a Systems Engineer (Post-Sales), your primary focus will be to provide comprehensive post-sales system support to the end users of the entire Canon Black & White and Color product line of the network-connection products. In addition, you will provide service and end user support through telephone contact and on-site visits.

Qualifications:
Your qualifications must include: minimum of an Associate’s degree in Computer Electronics Technology or similar field of study or equivalent business experience, extensive experience in the set-up, configuration, and troubleshooting of networked devices is mandatory, strong aptitude in various computer platforms, communication protocols, and network operating systems required, knowledge of basic business printing applications CompTIA’s, Microsoft and Novell certifications are a plus, solid experience in both MAC and PC platforms needed, excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to adapt to many types of customer environments and knowledge of document management software a plus.
