What Will You Do?

General:

You will be assisting Advance America clients obtaining cash advances. Also, you will help with existing accounts, collections, obtaining new customers, daily operations, and the growth of location.

For Customers:

We pride ourselves on our exceptional . It is important that you maintain a comfortable to provide our customers with the appropriate services to meet their needs.

You will be assisting the Manager and Manager collection efforts.

To maintain current clients you will need to service existing accounts and update customer files.

Not only will you make sure that the current customers are happy, but it is up to you to assist with marketing programs, open new accounts, and ensure that all proper documentation is provided

For Operations:

Assist balancing cash three times a day

You will need to make sure that daily procedures, such as cash balancing, are executed.

Some local travel may be required for marketing, collections, staffing, and banking .

Qualifications:
GENERAL:

You must be at least 18 years old.

Because of the local travel you need a valid Driver?s License and reliable transportation.

Clean Criminal Background

EDUCATOIN:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

WORK :

Having a background a service related field such as retail, collections, banking, restaurant, hospitality, or is required.

PERSONAL:

Because of the excellence that we strive for we need people with excellent written and verbal communication skills, management skills, and time management skills.
