As an Insurance Associate for ACS Recovery Services you will analyze medical claims and further investigate those claims where recovery potential exists. The investigation process includes the ability to research medical claims information in a timely manner and apply pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. This position requires daily telephone contact with insurance members and health care providers. You will analyze / interpret insurance rules and regulations to determine primary and secondary health insurance payers. Must be highly motivated, dependable, and have excellent decision-making skills. We offer a thorough training program that provides our trainees with the necessary tools and resources to become successful Insurance Representatives. This is a goal-oriented position where one must strive for quality and quantity production standards.

The best candidates for this role are self-starters with superb analytical skills, decision-making ability, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. If you have excellent computer skills, along with proven written and verbal communication skills then this position may be perfect for you.
