Multi award winning Delray Medical Center, named as one of America’s 50 Best Hospitals, three years in a row fro 2007,2008 and 2009 is a Level II Trauma Center also providing Open heart and Psychiatric Services. We currently have an opening for a full time Social Worker.

In this key role you will-

. Provide social service to patients based on assessment and planning for discharge and/or coordination of plan of care.

. Provide intervention and support for psychological and emotional needs of patient.

. Work hours 8:30a-5p, comprehensive benefit package available.

If an offer is extended and accepted, a background check including a credit check is required.

Qualifications

. MSW or BSW or Rehab Counselor or Mental Health Counselor

. Two years experience in social services
