The RR Donnelley facility in Greenville is currently looking to add an Account Manager to direct the close relationship with RR Donnelley customers. This person is accountable for all day to day activities of the account, identifying problems, implementing solutions, monitoring satisfaction and ensuring that all customer requirements are met or exceeded. Qualified candidates will be highly motivated, very flexible, able to work in a fast paced environment, exhibit leadership capabilities and have a high attention to detail. Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5 plus years of previous customer service experience. A background in printing processes and terminology is a plus.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year College or university and/or a minimum of 5 years customer service experience. The position also requires thorough background in printing processes and terminology. Advanced personal computer skills ability is required in working with Microsoft Office software to include E-Mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Internet Explorer. Supervisory experience a plus.
