A CSR’s (Customer Service Representative) primary responsibility as a teller is to process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures while consistently seeking to impress our customers by demonstrating Cal National’s integrity and spirit. As a CSR you will identify , explain, promote and sell various products and services in a way that builds through courtesy, knowledge and friendliness.

The ideal candidate will be available to work 20 hours per week–Saturday’s 8:30am to 1:15pm are required hours. Candidate should also be available Monday and Wednesday mornings and may be required to work occasional Friday’s as needed. Final schedule is flexible based on candidate availability and branch need. Reliable and is critical.

Requirements:
A or GED and a minimum of six months cash handling and with an emphasis on sales; must be able to provide information in writing or verbally; 10-key adding machine or ; ability to be on time every day. Desired Skills: Previous cross sell, up-sell and/or referral experience as well as the ability to identify clients’ goals and objectives; previous banking/ services and/teller experience.

To be eligible for with you must be able to establish proof of eligibility to work in the , successfully pass a background screening and must be at least 18 years of age. Successful candidate will also be required to obtain a passing score on TellerVision assessment.
