Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and support to members, customers, and/or providers.

* Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries
* Work is frequently completed without established procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* 2 years of telephonic experience
* 2 years of PC knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel)
* 2 years of experience working within a call center
* Data entry experience, preferred
* Previous experience working in the healthcare industry field, preferred
* High school education or GED
