Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process and maintain new member or group enrollments.
- Load new member or group data into the enrollment database and update the database with changes.
- Respond to member eligibility or group questions and verify enrollment status.
- Work with various types of member correspondence.
- Reconcile eligibility discrepancies, analyze transactional data and submit retroactive eligibility changes.
- Responsible for inventory control of member and group transactions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 1 + year experience working in an office-based role is required.
- 1 + year experience in a Customer Service position is required.
- Familiarity of MS/Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) is required.
- High school education or GED is required.
- Insurance experience is preferred.
- Experience with Flexible Spending Accounts is desired.
- Experience resolving customer issues are a plus.
