Dining Services Director

Overview:

Responsibilities:

Help to maintain a positive physical and social environment for the residents as our Dining Services Director. You’ll actively prepare meals and manage the operation of the dining services department and be responsible for the Community’s food ordering, preparation, and delivery as well as kitchen staffing and sanitation. Qualifications:

• Must be formally trained in food service management or the culinary arts, or have equivalent experience in food service management or the culinary arts.
• Must be capable of maintaining full time attendance.
• At least one-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
• Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
