Job Description
DE Certified - FHA / VA / Government Mortgage Underwriter position available.

Duties:
Underwrite FHA / VA mortgages
Evaluates loan risk by verifying loan application information; verifying application information against loan criteria guidelines and standards.
Clarifies risk by requesting additional information.
Rejects loans by identifying and documenting deficiencies; returning application to loan officer.
Ranks risk by estimating degree of risk; noting any additional requirements; forwarding to loan committee.
Provides loan control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

* At least 2 years experience as a FHA / VA Underwriter experience. Both purchase and refinance
