Job Description

The Merchant Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing all vault duties, completing customer transactions, verifying the appropriateness of customer documents, utilizing sales, referral and customer service skills to ensure that customers’ needs are met.

Skills/Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience in a high volume cash handling environment is required; Prior teller experience in a commercial bank preferred; Must be able to work Saturdays and overtime; Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, demonstrated proficiency in data entry and a high level of customer service skills are also required
