A CSR’s () primary responsibility as a teller is to process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures while consistently seeking to impress our customers by demonstrating Cal National’s and spirit. As a CSR you will identify customer needs, explain, promote and sell various products and services in a way that builds through courtesy, knowledge and friendliness.

The Ideal will be available to work 20 hours per week preferably on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s from 9am to 5pm. The final schedule is flexible based on and branch need. Reliable and punctual attendance is critical.

Requirements:
A or GED and a minimum of six months cash handling and customer service experience with an emphasis on ; must be able to provide information in writing or verbally; 10-key adding machine or keyboard skills; ability to be on time every day. Desired Skills: Previous cross sell, up-sell and/or referral experience as well as the ability to identify clients’ goals and objectives; previous / services and/teller experience.

To be eligible for employment with you must be able to establish proof of eligibility to work in the , successfully pass a background screening and must be at least 18 years of age. Successful will also be required to obtain a passing score on assessment.
