Shell is currently seeking a - JPM* to work at the Albian Sands mining project.

Responsibilities:
As a member of the Plant Reliability Team, you will report to the Team Leader. You will be a team player who is dedicated to excellence in safety, in protecting the environment and in maintaining equipment reliability. You will have a strong foundation in preventative and predictive maintenance as well as having superior skills within your area of expertise.

* Responsible for entering vendor specifications for all static equipment, including piping, into the program () for all stationary equipment and piping
* Accountable for entering inspection data for static equipment and piping into in a timely manner
* Work with inspectors to revise and/or create new thickness monitoring locations (TMLs) in to support the external condition monitoring program
* Review incoming baseline thickness survey results placed into to ensure correct entry formatting, correct set up. Check with ISOs and inspectors to ensure accuracy-critical during initial set up
* Review and report anomalies and excursions in database results and formats
* Assist in maintaining inspection folder on live link
* Establish and track improvements in overall maintenance effectiveness by using best practices in maintenance and reliability, specifically leading and lagging performance indicators
* Assist maintenance in planning inspections (to coincide with maintenance outages) by creating and organizing inspection intervals for static equipment and piping using
* Assist with preparation of inspection data and packages for turnaround periods
* Assist in providing support to Contract inspectors during turn around periods
* Responsible for availability and accuracy of reliability data by monitoring incoming inspection data
* Provide day-to-day technical support and RBI analytical support as required by GAME or the maintenance department

Requirements:

* Must have legal authorization to work in on a full time basis for anyone other than current employer
* No “fly in, fly out” option is offered with this position. Relocation to is required
* Good understanding of the technical basics of inspection and inspection programs
* Ability to identify and correct technical issues in
* Computer skills in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word and (an asset, but not required)
* Preference to AutoCAD, data base and inspection type skill sets
* A strong grasp of the English language with above average written and verbal skills
* Dedicated to facing the challenge of commissioning and start-up
* Required to be self starter who is innovative, creative and strategic
* Sound decision making ability based on experience and technical skills to support maintenance/reliability team
* Strong organizational and effective time skills
* Flexibility in managing changing priorities and ability to work with minimum supervision
* Fully functional working in a team environment is essential
