Position Description:

Coordinates the annual operational budget and quarterly update process; reviews budgets for accuracy, reasonability and allowability of costs; corresponds with program and financial staff throughout the review process; works heavily with complex Microsoft EXCEL budgeting worksheets; imports operational budgets into general ledger systems; prepares standard and ad hoc Microsoft EXCEL monthly financial reports for internal staff and external donors; assists with the development and review of new business cost and financial proposals and contract applications; processes year end adjustment and accrual journal entries; provides staff orientation on financial reporting systems; perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High School/GED and 9 - 11 years relevant experience; or AA and 7 - 9 years relevant experience; or BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or related field, and 5 - 7 years relevant experience in a business setting; or MS/MA/MBA and 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a business setting.
