QinetiQ North America - Mission Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Senior Security Specialist required for full-time, direct Organizational security support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA/DOSS). The support contractor will assist the Assistant Director, Organizational Security as the MDA representative for Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP). Specific duties include the following:

• Plan the development, implementation, and operation of the local MDA AT/FP Program. Provide direction, guidance, advice, and assistance to all program elements and the MDA Staff on the AT/FP program.
• Develop the overall AT/FP Plan for MDA NCR activities.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the MDA AT/FP mission and functional assignments to assure effective integration of individual tasks, responsibilities, and assignments into overall plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all DoD Antiterrorism Program requirements, AT related Uniform Facilities Codes, and provide risk management recommendations as necessary.
• Develop contingency plans for rapid AT/FP posture increase in accordance with local Force Protection conditions.
• Support the MDA Critical Infrastructure Program (CIP) with criticality assessments and facilitation of the CI Risk Management Decision process.
• Provide Newcomer Orientation AT Level I training.
• Interface with the Pentagon Federal Protection Agency ATO for coordination and fulfillment of NCR delegated facility requirements.
• Represent MDA on the Antiterrorism Working Group (ATWG).
• Develop, coordinate, and recommend MDA directives as they relate to the AT/FP Program.
• Ensure MDA participation in NCR AT exercises.
• Support the MDA Emergency Management as part of the MDA emergency preparedness team.
• Provide crisis management planning and execution assistance in the event of a terrorist attack or other emergency situation.
• Coordinate with Intelligence and Counterintelligence resources to provide a constant state of situational awareness regarding threat conditions.
• Develop Occupant Emergency Plans (OEP) and participates in the development of Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP).
