This position will be responsible for implementing and supporting all operational aspects of our wireless voice and data products and services. A specific responsibility of this position will to be to implement and support process/operational efficiencies. As well as the tactical product lifecycle operational management of product/service/initiatives. Ensure the product/service/initiative operates effectively and efficiently and provides an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
|
|
-
Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all products in the portfolio.

Supports development of both internal and external SLA and monitoring.

Leads platform issue resolution, coordination of platform roadmap, invoice reconciliation, Support platform functional enhancements, and vendor management.

Liaison with Engineering, Information Services, and Customer Service for daily operational activities.
-
Support products and services that are fully mature, and not dynamic.
-
Creation and leadership of cross-functional teams to manage operational efficiencies.

Interface with numerous outside vendors and business partners.
-
Support of marketing and training programs, integrated with the RSO and Regional plans, to achieve revenue goals.

Track, analyze and communicate key metrics.

Support the analysis and recommend launch, maintenance and post mortem pricing structures (including promotional pricing).

Work with a team of product operations managers to produce financial results based on marketing standards of excellence and with customer satisfaction and the Dynamic Organization as the determinant force.

Qualifications
|
|
-
Minimum of two plus years experience in product operations/management/development or project management required. Relevant experience within the software/telecommunications industry or with a wireless voice/data service provider is a plus.

BA/BS Marketing, Business or related discipline required. Technical undergraduate education with relevant business/product management experience will be considered. MBA is a plus.

The ability to effectively manage time and project schedule to consistently meet deadlines and ensure preparedness for launch or implementation of products, services or initiatives required.
-
Must be able to effectively operate within diverse and cross functional groups, including outside vendors.
-
Strong team orientation, communication, project management, creative and analytical skills required.
-
Ability to analyze issues, develop and deploy solutions within a dynamic environment highly preferred.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously a must have.
-
Experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills a definite plus.
-
Well organized, strong administrative and detail oriented skills desired.
-
Excellent interpersonal skills a plus.
-
Wireless industry experience highly desirable.
