Responsibilities Lead complex instructor-led and online (eLearning) training programs, which may involve directing or critiquing the work of others Lead and manage all phases of the instructional design process for business, systems, and sales-related learning needs Consult and collaborate with business sponsors and subject matter experts to create the best learner-focused solutions Develop content, outlines and objectives Write, design and produce online training courses, job aids and learning documents Lead internal teams during initiatives to evolve instructional design strategies and processes Conduct pilot training programs Facilitate testing process for online courses Conducts train the trainers. Mentor and/or serve as an expert to other instructional designers, which can include providing direct feedback. Lead the creation of innovative and original approaches to solving training needs. Competencies Excellent communication skills, written and oral. Excellent computer and time-management skills. Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements. Acts as a resource for others. Required 7+ years advanced skills in writing training materials and online training content.
